Coaching plans are available to all applicants as coaching capacity allows. Or goal is to provide individual coaching and support, so we may need to limit the number of athletes we can accept


Athlete requirements
In order for the coaches to best understand the athlete's response to training, there are pieces of equipment that allow the athlete to get the most out of training plans. We can help guide you to different options at varying price points.
Required:
Commitment to follow training plans and provide honest, unfiltered feedback to the coach.
Strava and Training Peaks account with ability to access on phone, tablet, or computer.
Have a reliable and well-maintained mountain bike.
Cycling helmet and other protective equipment.
Cycling computer minimum requirements:
Heart Rate
Distance
Duration
GPS
External Heart Rate monitor (chest strap).
Strongly recommended:
Indoor smart trainer with Zwift account.
Power meter.
Regular checkpoints
Our head coach or team manager will meet with each athlete weekly for a 15-30 minute check-in to evaluate athletes physical and mental response to the plan. Life happens and no plan is perfect. We are available for "last minute" changes to training plans to accommodate teen's complicated schedules.
Coaching fee
$100 monthly. Billing is prepaid and renewed on a month-to-month basis. You can cancel anytime, but paid fees are non-refundable.

Teens competing in NICA, Georgia Cycling, USA Cycling events, or just looking to build fitness.
What experience do you have?
Our coaches bring 11 years combined coaching and over 40 years mountain biking experience.
How often are practices?
We do not hold regular practices but encourage athletes to connect with friends to ride.
Do you provide equipment?
No equipment is provided, but we can provide guidance to meet your athlete's budget and goals.
How do I sign up?
Apply here. A coach will contact you to discuss your teen's goals and appropriateness for coaching.
